Terms and conditions

By placing an order online, you agree to the terms and conditions of the sale as stated below.  Please carefully read and understand these conditions before placing an order.

These terms and conditions may be amended at any time by GF League Company, Inc.  

G.F. League Company, Inc. (hereafter referred to as the “League”) is the parent company of Quick-Crate and League Manufacturing.   The laws of South Carolina shall govern these terms and conditions.

In no event shall League, Quick-Crate, or any of its subsidiaries be liable for any damages (indirect, incidental, consequential or special) including but not limited to loss of business, profits, use or data.

League makes no express or implied warranties, except as specifically set forth therein, and disclaims all other warranties, included without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and conformity to models or samples.  The warranties set forth herein give you specific legal rights.

Separate shipping and handling charges are shown on League’s invoices.  Purchaser is responsible for all applicable sales and other taxes associated with the order (except for sales made within South Carolina).  League will charge applicable taxes within South Carolina at the time the invoice is issued unless customer provides a tax exempt state certificate.

The title to purchased products and risk of loss passes from League to customer upon delivery to the freight carrier. 

Stock crates may be returned under specific conditions but custom built items (crates, pallets and dunnage) are not eligible for return and orders for these items may not be cancelled.

Orders placed via website, phone, fax, or mail, are not binding until acknowledged by League or Quick-Crate in writing.  Prices are subject to change without notice.  Written quotes will be honored during the period stated on the quotation.  Terms of payment are within League’s sole discretion and payment must be arranged to League’s satisfaction prior to League’s acceptance of the order.  Payment for orders may be made by credit card, bank transfer, check or other agreed upon payment method unless credit terms have been established with League.  Invoices are due within the time period noted from the date that the goods are shipped.  Delayed shipments, if requested by the customer and agreed to by League, will be invoiced based on the date the products were originally scheduled to ship and may incur storage fees.  Customer agrees to pay interest on all past due sums of money at the highest rate allowed by South Carolina law.

GF League Co., Inc., Quick-Crate and League Manufacturing will enforce their intellectual property rights to the full extent of the law.  Trademarks and patents appearing on our sites may be owned/registered by parties other than League/Quick-Crate.  No representation contained on our sites should be construed to authorize the reproduction, retransmission or use of the trademarks or patents of League, Quick-Crate or other parties.

All materials appearing on the Quick-Crate website, the League Manufacturing website or any associated literature are copyrighted by G.F. League Co.,Inc. and may not be used without specific written permission of the copyright owner G.F. League Co., Inc..

The Quick-Crate and League Mfg websites are presented for private, noncommercial use only.No materials from the site shall be used, reproduced, retransmitted or distributed without written permission of League.

League does not use retouched photographs to alter the appearance of our products and uses reasonable efforts to include accurate information on the site but does not warrant that it is free of omission or errors.  League will not be responsible for damages to the end user arising from the end users reliance upon or use of materials appearing our site.
